What this page does and does not tell you.

The checks above run in your browser when the page loads. They tell you whether the service answered you, from where you are, a moment ago. That is a useful thing to know and it is not monitoring.

This page carries no uptime figure and no incident archive. A published number nobody measured would be worth less than the checks above, which are real. Continuous monitoring with a public history is on the roadmap.

A component reads as unverified rather than down when a check does not complete. From a browser those two look the same, and calling your office network an outage would be wrong.

Planned work
Announced by email to the administrators of every affected company, at least five working days ahead
Unplanned outage
A note on this page, and email to affected administrators once we know the cause
Data
An outage is a loss of access, not a loss of data. Point-in-time restore covers the database
Offshore
The rig app keeps working without a connection and sends when it has one

Report a problem

Tell a person, not a form.

If Wellplanner is not doing what it should, write or call. You will reach someone who can read the record behind your job, not a first line who will ask you to clear your cache.

Hours
08:00 to 16:00 CET on working days. Offshore operations reach us outside them.
